Some health tips for you to keep fit.
- Eat 3 times daily.

- Avoid fasting to reduce your weight.

- Dieting won't help you to keep fit

- It will only make you dull and disappointed.

- 4 slices of plain toasted bread (with out butter),2 dosas or 3 idlis,a cup of kithchadi or uppma,or a cup of Pongal(without Ghee) with little sambar and chutney will be ideal for your breakfast.

- If you are really serious about your health,4 dates with an apple and banana will be ideal for breakfast.

- For lunch Green vegetables,fruits, salads,sprouts ,one cup Butter milk and a little rice will be a good balanced diet.

- Three roti with a cup of Sabji,(Curry) and a glass of Butter milk is good for dinner.
