Some health tips for you to keep fit.

  • Eat 3 times daily.

  • Avoid fasting to reduce your weight.

  • Dieting won't help you to keep fit

  • It will only make you dull and disappointed.
  • ----------------------------------------------------------
  • 4 slices of plain toasted bread (with out butter),2 dosas or 3 idlis,a cup of kithchadi or uppma,or a cup of Pongal(without Ghee) with little sambar and chutney will be ideal for your breakfast.

  • If you are really serious about your health,4 dates with an apple and banana will be ideal for breakfast.

  • For lunch Green vegetables,fruits, salads,sprouts ,one cup Butter milk and a little rice will be a good balanced diet.

  • Three roti with a cup of Sabji,(Curry) and a glass of Butter milk is good for dinner.

  • Or have Three dosas or 4 Idlis or 2 cups of Uppma with a cup of sambar will make your dinner ideal.

  • Avoid eating inbetween meals.

  • Don't cut your breakfast.

  • Avoid eating while watching Tv.

  • Don't take snacks just like that.

  • Try to have vegetables and fruits more instead of Rice and chappati.

  • 30 minutes walk will boost your mind as well as your health.

  • Avoid frequent intake of cakes, creamy foods, ice creams.

  • Try to eat less sweets or better avoid.

  • Try to go by walk to the nearby places instead of going by Car or scooter.

  • Walk with your children.That will strengthen your relationship.

  • Whenever attending parties, try to take more vegetables,salads,fruits .
  • instead of oily items,sweets and ice creams.

  • Do the house hold works like cleaning,washing,arranging things whenever you get time. This will make you happy and healthy .

  • Don't sit in the same place for more than 30 mts.

  • take a break for 5mts and walk in between work will refresh you.
